Pre-milling cutter blocks
Straighten and square the edge before glue goes on. A good pre-mill removes saw marks, chatter and small alignment faults so the band bonds cleanly. Supplied to match your spindle diameter, rotation direction and cut depth.
Flush, radius and chamfer trimming cutters
Cutters for trimming the band overhang cleanly after application. We source top and bottom flush cutters, radius cutters and chamfer cutters to suit PVC, ABS and veneer on your specific machine.
End-trimming blades
Matched blades for squaring the leading and trailing ends. We align blade type and cutting angle with your end-trim station so the cut is clean without over-trimming.
Corner-rounding cutters
Automatic corner shaping to match your band radius. Radius cutters are supplied to match block size, band thickness and corner-station geometry so corners leave the bander ready for scraping and buffing.
Profile scrapers
Scrapers for cleaning up the glue line and blending the radius. We supply matched scraper sets so the edge reads as one clean profile across the whole run.
