If you run melamine, laminate or other abrasive board, diamond (PCD) tooling gives cleaner edges and much longer life than carbide. The right PCD cutter is specific to your CNC machine, collet system and materials.

Diamond compression cutters (PCD compression spirals)

For nesting melamine, laminate and MDF with clean top and bottom edges. PCD compression tools are matched to your sheet thickness, feed rates and CNC horsepower so you can nest faster with less tear-out and fewer tool changes.

Diamond straight tools (PCD straight bits)

For sizing, pocketing and profiling where a compression tool is not required. PCD straight cutters hold diameter and geometry over long runs in abrasive board, which keeps your nesting files accurate and your edges square.

Diamond jointing and trimming cutters
